As I promised in my February RESTART blog post I aim to PROVE to you that #HAPPINESSISACHOICE .
If you truly want to have happiness as your natural state of mind, first you must have this intention. Again, I will remind us that everything is Frequency, Energy and Vibration so we've got to get into the habit of consciously CHOOSING a higher vibration. Shifting mentally, choosing a different thing to focus our attention on. Build that habit. Strengthen that muscle. The easiest way to begin building this mind shift is to adopt an Attitude of Gratitude. Generally, it is nothing more than focusing more on 'What is working in your life? and being appreciative for those things great and small. When you begin this practice, you may only be able to name a few items.
This is why I want to share with you a little framework to begin this practice. You can alter it as you like and make it your own. If you practice journaling you will have a record of your progress. Here is a month's worth of ideas to ponder each day to develop an Attitude of Gratitude. Write about each of the prompts whatever comes to your mind.
