Today's post is a gentle reminder in case you've forgotten and the difficulties of life are getting the best of you.
YOU ARE THE MOST POWERFUL TRANSMITTER IN THE UNIVERSE! YOU CAN MOVE MOUNTAINS!
And here is some scientific evidence to prove that YOU and WE are indeed far more powerful than we were ever lead to believe.
This is from Bruce Lipton, Ph.D in Developmental Biology. Bruce Lipton has now spent decades studying the body. Here is one of his findings . . . .
Every cell in our body is a live cell.
Every cell has a minus (negative) voltage on the inside of it and a positive charge on the outside.
There are about 50T, yes TRILLION, cells in our bodies! (I wonder WHO counted them all)
EVERY CELL HAS APPROXIMATELY 1.4VOLTS
50T times 1.4 volts equals 700 TRILLION volts of electricity IN OUR BODIES RIGHT NOW !
Just think about this. It's truly incredible the actual and real power, electrical power we carry with us every single day. Now scroll back up the the African proverb I started with about the mosquito.
YOU ARE NOT A POWERLESS BEING! YOU ARE AN INCREDIBLY POWERFUL BEING.
Now what are you going to do with this new information?
Science is discovering new information about US all the time and our world seems to move faster and faster as the days, weeks & years seem to fly by but HOW EXACTLY can we utilize this new information about how truly powerful we actually are?
Well, first we've got to learn how to slow things down and get back into the driver's seat of our own buses.
HOW? you ask . . .
Well . . . first we need to slow things down in the moment and BE PRESENT IN EACH MOMENT.
This is an acquired skill but not too difficult when you put your intention into doing it. Don't let your mind wander off and think about what you need to do and get done today. Don't think about anyone else for 10 minutes. Devote this tiny block of time only to yourself. Be present with You.
Now, I want you to BREATHE in slowly and consciously through your nose to a count of 4 and fill your lungs.
Work those stomach muscles.
Hold that breadth for a count of 4.
And now slowly breathe out through your mouth to a count of 4 and empty your lungs.
Pull those stomach muscles in.
REPEAT this three more times.
Feel your body relax and too the tension you may not have even realized you are carrying in your body release as you breathe like this. Consciously. Deliberately. Don't think about anything else while you do this breathing and centering exercise.
Can you now feel how the chatter in your head has quieted? That's exactly the point. You have now taken back control of your 'Monkey Mind" that's constantly in reactionary flight or fight mode and climbed into the driver's seat of your own vehicle. Congratulations! See how easy that was? There are millions of things that vie for our attention all day long. Just remember YOU HAVE CONTROL OVER THIS and now you know how. So begin a new habit TODAY to employ this breathing technique to be the driver and navigator of your life as you go through your day and meet the challenges before you. With practice, you will become so good at this breathing trick (and no one will ever have to know you are doing it) that it will become impossible for anyone to know your off your center.
So when you have integrated this technique and calmed your thoughts, NOW you actually consciously in the present moment and can really begin to use the super power of the 50 TRILLION cells of your very own body.

He said, 'If you want to understand the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency and vibration.' Now, our thoughts have vibrations, a specific frequency and energy to them too. Absolutely everything in this universe does. There is an energetic frequency to EVERYTHING, including thoughts. Especially thoughts.
Negative thoughts and words have low vibrations. Positive thoughts and words have higher vibrations and frequencies. We want to carry and be at higher vibrations and frequencies. That's where the fun and magic is. All disease starts with long term low vibration. It's a choice. Choose high vibe.
Here's what you may not know - Thoughts create reality. Everything humanity has ever created began with a single thought. Good, bad or indifferent, it all began with one single thought that we kept thinking about and gave more energy to and took steps towards making it until it manifested itself in reality.
Examine your beliefs about yourself and how the world is and more importantly WHAT IS IT YOU WANT YOUR LIFE AND OUR WORLD TO BE LIKE. Act as if. Hold that energetic blueprint. Want more peace in your life? Want more peace in the world? Quiet your own mind and be that first, a peaceful, kind, caring person.
It is a magnetic energy. Likes attract. Watch your self-talk like a hawk and be mindful of how you talk and think about yourself and others. Make a conscious effort to raise your vibration higher, keep it there, make it your own personal happy place. Live by the Golden Rule. Treat others as you would have them treat you.
Be that person who lights up a room and others are happy to see because your high vibe positive energy is contagious.
